It is also necessary to check whether there is dirt on the surface of the touch screen, and if so, remove it with a soft cloth. Observe and check whether the indicator on the control box works normally. When it works normally, the indicator is green and flashes.
If the above parts are normal, you can check the touch screen by using the replacement method. First replace the control box, then replace the touch screen, and finally replace the host.

1) Check whether the wiring of the touch screen is connected correctly, and whether one of the wires connecting to the keyboard port of the host (take 5V working voltage of the touch screen from the keyboard port) is connected, please check the wiring.
2) Observe the condition of the touch screen control box lamp. If it is not on or the red lamp is on, the control box is broken. Please replace it.
3) If the above conditions are not confirmed, please delete the touch screen driver and restart the computer to reinstall the driver, or replace the driver with a newer version.
4) Check whether there is a conflict between the device and serial port resources in the host and adjust the hardware devices. For example, after some network cards are installed, the default IRQ is 3, which conflicts with the IRQ of COM2. In this case, the IRQ of the network card should be changed to an idle IRQ The computer motherboard and the touch screen control box may be incompatible. Please replace the host or motherboard.
5) If the touch screen has been used for a long time (3-4 years) and some areas of the touch screen cannot be touched, it may be that the touch screen is broken. Please replace the touch screen.
